Like every kid shooting hoops who thinks he’ll make it to the NBA, we’ve inundated minds and the marketplace with the goal of leadership for everyone. We’d be much better off, however, focusing on followership, for we’re all called to follow—even leaders!  In all spheres of our lives, following faithfully is key, particularly in this era of fake news and questionable truths, of misogyny and racism.  Followership is a life-long task and never a solo affair.  With attentiveness to worldview and in companionship with others, discernment shows us who and how to follow faithfully.
